Our story

My name is Maggie and I am the head + the heart behind Magnolias Flower Farm. I have always had a creative side (my mom says I get it from her mom), but had never found my medium until I started playing around with flowers. Working in Nashville as a flight attendant, I helped a friend out on the side with her floral business. It was love at first design and I haven’t looked back since. I was sketching out Magnolias and jotting down ideas sitting in my jumpseat on the plane until I finally made the move to make this my full-time career. I spew all of my heart and creativity into each design. I am so thankful I get to do what I love and I think you’ll see it shows through my florals. I can’t go without mentioning my mom, who has been by my side with Magnolias from the beginning. She is always working hard behind the scenes usually doing the not-so-fun parts and I am forever grateful for her.

I am in the Northeast, Alabama area, but do travel afar for a limited number of weddings a year. When I am not flowering, I love spending time with my family and smothering my little girl (my little helper) with love. I love Jesus and just want to be His hands and feet. I believe this is my purpose and hope I can share some of His beauty and love through flowers.
